When returning defective products you need to do the following
The Danish Sale of Goods Act's deficiency rules apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop at sexshop2000.dk as a consumer, you have a 24-month right to complain over a defective product. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, get your money back, or receive a discount, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
When returning for service, the item must be securely packed and sent by freight with a copy of the purchase invoice and a detailed description of the fault. If it turns out that an item that has been returned has no defects, or that the defect is not covered by the right to complain, Sex Shop 2000 will charge a fee to cover the return shipping. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
The item should be sent to:
S2000 Flensborgvej 6B DK-6340 Kruså Denmark / Europe
We need the following information when you send the item to us
When you return the item, please state as detailed as possible what the problem is and include a copy of your purchase invoice. Processing will be faster if you also complete a return note with information on what the specific problem is. Remember, the item must always be returned in secure packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping.
Note! We do not accept packages sent COD or similar.
We send an email when a customer cancels or complains
If you have sent an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the further process in connection with the handling of your cancellation/complaint.
